4.You accept sole responsibility for any false statements or encumbrances upon rights not disclosed to us when submitting your article.
5.You acknowledge that any images you submit for inclusion within your article are your own copyright or that you have obtained full publishing permission prior to uploading using the service provided. Any images that are found to contravene this rule will be deleted and replaced with alternative images at the discretion of the website operators, Date Generation.
6.You acknowledge that the website operators, Date Generation reserve the right to either accept, reject, edit and re-publish/distribute your article anywhere within its website pages, external widgets or any other social media it utilises to promote it’s product and/or services.
7.You acknowledge that third-party websites may from time to time, aggregate the content posted on DateGeneration.com and that this aggregated content may include articles written by you. Dategeneration is not responsible in any way for the way content is displayed upon aggregating websites but we do monitor who uses our content to make sure it is used in an acceptable manner.
